We hired B&M Building Co. to do a remodel of our dated condo kitchen. For at least a year I shopped big box stores looking for stock cabinets. To my delight, we have custom cabinets that fit our space perfectly in stead of stock. He created an open space with well placed lights and added interest with the ceiling. The only thing that makes me sad is that my main residence is in New York and he cannot come up there and remodel my kitchen to make it as nice as the condo. They are highly professional and respectful of time. I highly recommend them.

Choosing the right builder for a home is a crucial decision. We know that it's possible to have great blueprints and great ideas and not get them executed correctly. Unfortunately, in our line of work we have seen countless plans not come to fruition. As residential interior designers, with over 40 years experience, we needed to be all the more particular when it came to building our own " Forever " home. And we knew we needed the best builder to get it done. We were going to demand the best and not compromise. As we set out to interview multiple builders some of our criteria were - can they deliver on time and on budget ?, do they listen ? , are they transparent in their billing practices...
